I'm 20 years old, 110-113 lbs, 5' 1, mother to a 10 month old. I had my first consultation yesterday with my doctor and I have scheduled my surgery for December 16, 2015. I am a little worried about the final outcome of my breast. I am currently a 32 B, My doctor suggested 550 ccs, silicone, under the muscle, areola incision. I believe 550ccs would be too much for my frame size, so I went with 500ccs. Would 500ccs give me my desired look?

Answer: Implant size. You appear to want a very voluptous look based on your last wish pic. You are quite thin however and based on your chest wall width, a 500 cc implant, even a high profile type, may be wide for you. If you tried it on in the office and liked the look, then it is right for you.

Answer: Which is better for me, 500 or 550cc? Thank you for your question and photos. There is minimal difference between the two such that one may not even perceive any difference. One needs to evaluate the tissues to determine what your body can tolerate. I would start with a face to face consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has experience in breast surgery. During your visit your surgeon should be evaluating your health to determine if you are a good surgical candidate and examining your tissues to get a sense of what type of procedure your tissues will allow. Only with a hands on exam can this be determined. During the consult you and the surgeon should be understanding of the goals and realistic outcomes of your choices. Once an exam and opinion is rendered then you can decide if surgery is right for you. Good luck.
