Why is my left breast implant vibrating?

Hello, I would suggest seeing your PS for an examination to help determine the cause of your odd sensations.  They may be able to tell whether there is an obvious change to your implant (rippling, contracture, etc) or if it is more likely to be arising from the muscles or breast tissue.

This description is most commonly used when patients are describing muscle spasm. For peace of mind, it may be time to follow up with your plastic surgeon for a checkup. Best wishes.

More information along with an in person consultation would give us a better idea of what's going on.  It sounds like you could be experiencing muscle spasm after exercise.  Should the feeling persist consider seeing your operative surgeon for an exam. The symptoms you are describing can be due to a couple of different issues.  The vibrating sensation can be related to the muscle, such as spasm, or to the implant, such as a fold in the implant.  A return to your board certified plastic surgeon can help you figure what the possible causes are.Regards,Dr. Denis Gonyon
