Question

I had got my breast redone about 4 weeks ago I went under the muscle 550cc under the breast. Everything was fine up until this week the incision on both sides started feeling irritated & burning, I did start wearing a regular bra that had an underwire which may have caused the irritation. I just noticed the hole. I don't know what to think I am worried. What does this mean? And what will happen? I will contact my surgeon when his office opens back up. Will he have to stitch it back up ?

From your photos, it appears your implant is exposed.  Since there has been a change in your post op course, please contact your surgeon as soon as possible so he/she can examine you.

The best way to assess and give
true advice would be an in-person exam.

Aloha,I'm sorry to say that the black hole is probably your implant. Apparently your incision has opened up, exposing the implant. Your should contact your surgeon immediately to hopefully salvage this. Dr D
