3 days post-op, 560cc HP, Natrelle w Benelli lift. My breasts are too wide apart, no cleavage or high profile

My surgeon told me to pick a size he said 500 wouldn’t be big I said okay . I told him I wanted really high profile to the point of not wearing any bra , Perky, round with smaller aerola . I had loose skin from breast feeding &my right was capsulated. What can I do ? I texted him& all he said was “depend what size you picked”. I don’t know what that means . I didn’t get to see him after surgery . The nurse told me to wear a band but he told me on the text no band .
