I'm 29 years old and I'm ready to get rid of my mom pooch on the bottom. I don't care about the stretch marks honestly, if I can get rid of them too I'll take it as a bonus, but what I really do want to get rid of is the section below my belly button. I am very comfortable with my size and weight I'm 5'8 and 150 lbs. I will not consider a full tummy tuck. I don't want my muscles repaired just want the pooch gone so I can wear a 2 piece again without feeling self conscience. TIA!

I see many patients like yourself who are very frustrated in that ,despite aggressive diet and exercise, they are not able to get rid of the lower abdominal wall “pouch or pooch”. Given that you are not interested in tummy tuck surgery (an operation that will achieve the best overall abdominal wall contour), a limited operation (either a mini tummy tuck or lipectomy) removing the skin/adipose tissue tissue just above the pubic area may be sufficient to achieve an outcome that you will be pleased with.I would be concerned that you will will remain displeased with your abdominal wall appearance with any lesser procedure such as liposuction surgery or "noninvasive" modalities.My best advice: select your plastic surgeon carefully. Make sure that he/she has significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, communicate your goals carefully. Answer: Abdominal pouch Probably the best option for you would be a surgical procedure. if you do not want to consider surgery, non invasive options would include perhaps coolsculpting followed by a skin tightening procedure such as exillis or lutronic infini.
