Best liposuction type for arms? (Photos)

I had liposuction in 2018 and my arms have gotten big again. I exercise every day and I am OK in the rest of my body. I’m trying to find out what is the best way to go about to reduce my arm fat I feel like regular liposuction gets me back to where I am after five years. Is there any other suggestion where I can tackle this problem?

The only way your arms would get larger after prior liposuction is if you had gained quite a bit more weight. Your first effort should be at losing weight and reaching your healthy goal.
