Is there a big difference in implants with +/-50cc? (Photo)

Thank you for your question.There is not a big difference in +/-50cc.However, I would not recommend over the muscle placement. Over the muscle placement offers no support to the implants which leads to unstable results in the long run. Please know that the larger the implant - the more unstable it becomes and you are at a higher risk of bottoming out, lateral displacement, skin stretching deformities, etc. Please reconsider placement.Best wishes and kind regards,

Hello,50 cc is typically a very subtle difference for this size range of implant, and most of my patients find they are happy choosing the slightly larger one when stuck. My patients find it helpful to try on the sizers with form-fitting clothing in office, to get a feel for how they'll look. I recommend that you share your concerns with your Plastic Surgeon.All the best! 

Hello, in most patients a difference in implant size of 50cc would provide only a modest difference in the final appearance.  I would suggest having a consultation with a plastic surgeon and trying on sizers or having 3D imaging.  This will help you choose the final size.
