Doctors found a piece of silicone on my armpit with ultrasound! Does that mean my silicone is leaking ..?

Hello, I would suggest discussing management of the lump in your armpit with your family doctor.  They may refer you to a local general or plastic surgeon to determine if it is advisable to remove the lump.

Hello,I'm wondering what has led to the determination that this lump is silicone? If Ultrasound shows that your implants appear to be intact, the lump should be investigated further for other possibilities as well. MRI imaging is more definitive to determine if breast implants are intact.All the best

I am not sure how accurate an ultrasound is to determine if the lump in your armpit is silicone or not.  Did you have a biopsy?  Your next step should be to have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.  When you go try to bring as much information as you can about your current implants (What company made them, style, size).  With a lump in your armpit you need a thorough evaluation as soon as possible.
