Fat grafting to the breasts for primary cosmetic augmentation is still experimental and I would not recommend it. It is commonly performed for breast reconstruction to help contouring after implant and tissue reconstruction. In my opinion, breast implants are the way to go.You should discuss this with your surgeon and get a feel for his/her comfort level regarding fat transfer to the breasts. You may also need some additional fat from other areas as well (thighs, flanks) to create the desired volume in your breasts.
