Injection issues - anything that can be done for my 11s and saggy lids?

Injections with neuromodulator medications such as dysport, Botox or Jeveau are normally required periodically through the year to optimize the results and provide good longevity. On average Botox or Dysport will require treatments 3-4 times per year, whereas Jeveau may require treatments a little less often.
Your initial treatment with Dysport made you happy. I recommend you stick with that treatment, using one of the commonly used neuromodulators, knowing that as you age, you will need adjustments to your treatment regime. More than doubling the dose from 55 to 10 units to make the treatment last longer will not work.

Neurotoxins like Dysport, Botox, and Juveau are cholinergic receptor binders and usually last for about 3 months. I have not seen anecdotally that increasing the dose prolongs the results. Personally, I do not think Juveau last as long or works as well as other options. It sound as if a consultation would work best for you to sort out the issues.

I encourage you to visit with an experienced injector. Discuss your goals for treatment. Review before/after photos of their work. Some patients find a specific neurotoxin works better them than others on the market. If you liked Dysport you can certainly go back to that. Neurotoxins typically last three to four months. While more product is sometimes needed for to achieve the correction, simply adding more units will not significantly lengthen the longevity. It's also recommended to use medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and to wear sunscreen every day to keep skin looking its best.

The dosing of Botox or Dysport can vary depending on the individual patient's needs, the severity of wrinkles or lines, and the treatment provider's assessment. Typically, the dosage for Botox and Dysport is not a direct 1:1 conversion, but Dysport units are often used in larger quantities compared to Botox units.
For injections in the crows feet, frontalis, and glabella regions, the following is a general guideline, but the actual dosage may vary:
Botox: A common starting dosage for Botox injections in these areas might be around 20-25 units for each region, totaling around 60-75 units for all three areas.
Dysport: Dysport is usually dosed in larger quantities. A starting dosage for Dysport in these areas might be around 60 units for each region, totaling around 180-192 units for all three areas.
