Is Sofwave recommended to help jowling for a thin face? (Photos)

Hi There. 40/F here. I've had 2 vials of sculptra placed in my upper and lower face. While cheek volume looks great, it still is not addressing the lower face jowling starting to occur. Any thoughts on trying sofwave instead of a 3rd vial of Sculptra? I am concerned about stories re: fat loss even though sofwave is not supposed to have this effect.

You may wish to consider the use of a robust HA contouring filler for defining and straightening a Jowly jawline. These typically have durable results, which may last up to two years, and has the added benefit of being dissolvable, if for any reason this should be needed. Sculptra, on the other hand, does not have any enzyme to dissolve it  And, finally, exercise caution in your next step since,: despite all the marketing and social media hype for this or that expensive, energy-based, supposedly "next big thing" devices out there,  unfortunately, the hard science to support their use lags woefully behind the heavy media promotion.
