I had a chin implant in 2005, which i got removed in 2019 and did a Sliding Genioplasty. I am happy with the results, but I have internal scar tissue left over and it is very uncomfortable. I've been working with a Facial PT to try to help break it up, but no difference. Is there a laser therapy that can help break up the scar tissue and not affect the hardware from the genioplasty?
