Did ProYellow laser make my veins on face worse?

I received pro yellow to help my skin texture and remove broken capillaries around my nose. First treatment went great, I had one little vein left. I went back for a second treatment and it now looks much worse. There are more veins around my nose than when I first started. Is this a normal part of the healing process it’s just taking longer for me? Or did I have a bad reaction? I’m trying to decide if I should book a third treatment. Thank you!
