I have seen two surgeons first mentioned Vaser and maybe tummy tuck depending on skin after, seconded said tummy tuck, I really don’t want to be cut open x
Answer: Either or depends on your goals Hi There,The long and the short is that you technically dont "have to have a tummy tuck or lipo" My point is that all of these procedures are elective procedures and you should choose the one that is going to benefit you the most based on your current lifestyle and your end goal. A minimally invasive procedure such as lipo can get you better contour and with non surgical skin tightening agents it can tighten your skin vs a tummy tuck the trade off is a scar and skin being removed.Be honest with yourself and figure out which procedure you think you would be happier with. both are great choices and you can have good results with each procedure.

Answer: VASER HI DEF 4D LIPO / 360 Degree Sculpture / Snatched Waist / HD Sculpting With Fat Transfer and Tummy Tuck / Mommy Makeover To get a snatched waist you need to have aggressive fat removal of the torso/sides and have fat injections on the hips/buttock to give the illusion of an S Curve. This cannot be done with smart lipo, and this cannot be done awake to the full extent that contouring can be performed. I suggest you see a well trained expert in body shaping. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Vaser and/or Tummy Tuck : detailed assessment before proceed with a bespoke treatment. Hi, Thanks for your question. According to the picture you are borderline candidate between tummy tuck and and/or Vaser lipo i.e. for the saggy skin in the navel area. It is important to know your medical history including smoking status, history of significant weight fluctuations, previous pregnancies etc. The key here is also to understand what you would like to achieve, what are your expectations. If you are happy to have more invasive procedure (Abdominoplasty) with large scars but better skin results or less invasive procedure (Vaser Lipo with eventually combination with J plasma-Renuvion) with good fat removal but regarding the risk of saggy skin this depends of your skin elasticity/ skin retraction. In my clinical practice, if a patient refuses to undergo for tummy tuck surgery due to the scars, then after a careful assessment, if she is still suitable for Vaser lipo ,then it is important a combined protocol including J plasma (Renuvion), compression garment, manual lymphatic drainage sessions after the surgery and healthy diet and exercise can also help with skin retraction and reduce the risk of saggy skin. Usually for the complete results you need to wait up to 6 months of the treatment to give time for the production of collagen and elastin for the possible skin retraction. I would strongly suggest to make a consultation with an expert Vaser/ body contouring surgeon for a medical/surgical assessment in order to consider the best suitable treatment. Hope this help, Best Wishes, Dr Giuseppe Fiore, MD

Answer: Vaser Liposuction and Renuvion Thank you for your question. There is a possibility that this can be reduced using Vaser Lipo & Renuvion (tightening of the skin). This may give you the result you're looking for without having to have a Tummy Tuck. Dependent upon physical examination, this is where the steps forward will be clearer in what techniques can be performed. I can see you do not have a lot of excess skin. However, if skin removal needs to take place, this will be minimal and nothing to worry about! Ensure you are comfortable with your surgeon and you're happy with what's been discussed, and if need be, enquire more about what is involved with your surgeon if skin removal needs to take place, so he can settle any nerves.Good luck!

Answer: What surgery would be better for fat stomach at age 48? Thank you for your question. You can have VASER Liposuction with a non surgical skin tightening treatment like Thermi Tight. This should give you good results without any significant scars. All The Best !
