I had Vaser lipo whilst pregnant, will this affect my unborn baby?

I had Vaser Lipo whilst pregnant. I had the op (abs area) and my period was due 4 days later. I had read that the op could affect my cycle, so when my period didn’t come (only camping) I wasn’t concerned. I take a test 6 days after my period was due, which to my surprise the test was positive. Will the local anaesthetic used via the incisions & or the overall procedure affect my fetus /unborn baby in anyway?

Did you undergo a pregnancy test immediately prior to your surgery? 
Studies have demonstrated no increase in congenital anomalies in women who were administered local anesthesia during early pregnancy. There is an increased risk of spontaneous abortion and lower birth weight. It would be wise to visit your ob/gyn for more specific advice.
