Had a root canal and a crown years ago. The tooth and the tooth behind it are anchors for a bridge. The tooth with the root canal, I believe, has an abscess. I cannot afford to have a new bridge made. I know thatcthere is decay in the anchor tooth. The other anchor tooth is fine. What should be done to the anchor tooth that has the abscess?
