Hello there,I would suggest asking your dentist to use a shade guide with you. Your skin tone should be taken into account when selecting your toothshade. Just because a shade looks great on a friend doesn't mean it's right for you. It maylook lighter or darker on you, depending on your skin tone. Share color selection with your dentist using the shade guide he/she has. The shade can then be communicated to the lab.
There are many different types of shade guides. Your dentist probably has several to use and should be able too let you decide, just let them know.
