Mentor breast implants - Cohesive I or Cohesive II?

Question

Hello, I’m meeting with my surgeon on the 1st of April for deciding the final size and type of implants. At this stage, I know it will be up to the muscle but I have to choose between Cohesive I or Cohesive II. I understand that the gel in Cohesive II is more consistent but which one would be the best? Is it only a question of firmness? Thanks,

Highly cohesive gel implants have advantages such as less palpable and visible rippling, however the tradeoff may be a firmer breast mound.  The other theoretical pluses include lower rate of capsular contracture and deflation.  Assuming you have stated your aesthetic objectives clearly, do ensure that the implants selected match the width of your chest wall and have sufficient projection.  A relatively new offering in the Mentor portfolio are the High Profile and Moderate Plus Xtra, where the implants have been repackaged to provide a greater % of silicone gel fill, thereby conferring improved projection.
