When I was a teen I developed a bad habit of plucking hair on stomach. Now I have terrible scarring. What should I do? (Photo)

I have scars on my stomach from plucking hair there for over 10 years. What the best course of action to get rid of these scars? Is it even possible? I also have similar scarring around my areolas since I used to pluck hair in that area as well.
