Under eye deficiency - will fillers help? (photos)

These hyaluronic acid formulas can restore volume to hollow areas and create a smooth transition between the lower eyelid and upper cheek. Hello, you do have some volume loss within your lower eyelid region at the tear trough and more centrally toward the outer corner. You will likely be a great candidate for tear trough and cheek filler to help blend the junction between the lower eyelid and cheek. From the photo there certainly appears to be volumetric loss in the cheek, which, when present characteristically gives rise not only to the loss of youthful contours to the cheeks, but, since the upper cheek regions are a major support to the under-eyes, also gives rise to the development of hollows, and tear troughs. Happily, the use of a robust HA filler can very quickly, and often in one fifteen minute treatment session, can remedy the issue. Based on your photo I think you would benefit from some undereye and perhaps some cheek filler. The 2 areas are in such close proximity and treating both can have synergistic effects in terms of outcome. I would caution you to proceed slowly and not to have someone put multiple syringes of product in the area. Go slowly and build up the areas incrementally to get better results
