When can I start a low dose of Accutane after my tummy tuck and breast augmentation?

I am getting a standard tummy tuck and breast augmentation and would like to know how long I would have to wait before taking accutane for my skin? This would be my second round of accutane and it's the only that had worked for my acne in the past. Thank you
