Can I get PRP for hair loss with Factor V Leiden?

I am a 45 year old female. I wish to have PRP for hair loss. I am heterogeneous for Factor V Leiden. I have never had a blood clot and am only aware that I have Factor V Leiden because of genetic testing. I don't require blood thinners. I have seen conflicting advice. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
