Treatment options for platysma bands and neck laxity - 52kg 31 year old female (photos)

Question

Hello, I’m looking for some guidance on treatment options for what appears to be a combination of neck laxity AND platysma bands. I’ve included photos with arrows and without. My main area of concern is a large ?platysma band complicated by neck laxity in the middle of my neck. This is present at rest (which is my main concern), and worsened on contraction along with very visible platysma bands. I am planning a Nefertiti lift (Botox), and if this is unsuccessful, is the next step a neck lift?

Thank you for submitting your question and photos. A combination of Botox and RF microneedling treatments are excellent solutions to improve skin laxity and reduce the appearance of the platysma bands you’re referring to. 
When injected directly into the neck bands, Botox can reduce activity of the platysma muscle to smooth away the horizontal banding. RF microneedling increases the body’s elastin and collagen production, allowing the skin to grow tighter, firmer, and smoother over the course of several weeks. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon and injector. They will be able to determine the best treatment options to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Based on what can be evaluated in your photos your main issue is the platisma bands and minimum saggy skin. 
Botox will be the ideal treatment in each of the bands.

Hello there! For platysmal banding in your age group, I do try Botox directly into the bands. This often helps to relax the prominence of the bands, though not completely eliminate them. For some of the skin laxity, I would try Morpheus8 RF microneedling. This helps to improve the skin tone and collagen. There are toning creams as well which can supplement the above interventions. I prefer this over a surgical intervention, because even surgical results aren't permanent. This would commit you to more procedures to maintain the "look" so-to-speak. Hope this is helpful.
