I’m trying to decide if fillers would be a good solution to balance high cheekbones? (photos)

I lost a bit of weight on my face and I have naturally high cheekbones but since I have lost the facial fat my cheekbones look very obvious and look as if they are protruding out of my face. And my lower cheekbones look very hallow in comparison to my cheekbones. I wondering if fillers will help to balance my face? Or if I may need to look at another solution
