Hi, I had upper blephoplasty 18 months ago. The inner corner of both my eyes now looks sunken in and there is a hole/dent where the stitches were. I didn’t have this before and it has started to really bother me as it can be seen in photos. My surgeon said it was fine. Is there anything that can be done to improve this (eg stitch it again so it’s more level with my skin, and not as tight/ sunken in?) should I get a 2nd opinion and can it be done in office?

Scar revision with possible fat grafting would be an option to improve this area. This is a difficult area to reconstruct as errors can lead to medial canthal webbing. Best to see an eyelid expert.

revision upper eyelid surgery is performed, I also use a special technique for the dimple that forms, your eyelids will be fixed under local anesthesia, it's done in the office don't worry

To make an assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we usually need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
Without knowing what you look like beforehand, we can’t really address the outcome of the procedure.
If you don’t have it before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
I’m not sure I see a really clear indication for doing revision surgery.
