How do I fix the way my upper lip sits on my lower lip and get a normal looking lip profile? (photos)

Hello. I am seeking advice what procedure would be appropriate to fix the way my top lip sits on my bottom lip. I do not like the way my top lip looks from my side profile. From the internet, I think that I have bimaxillary protrusion and that it why my top lip sits like that but I am not sure. Are there any options of how I can fix this to get a normal looking lip profile without having to pull out any teeth or anything like that? Thank you!
