My smile doesn't show my whole teeth i asked my dentist he said because the muscle of the lips, i asked what is the solution he said lip lift but i dont want a surgery is there non surgical options?

You may benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

After reviewing the pictures you provided I would suggest two different surgical plans:
As the first option that would be recommended as an improvement to achieve the desired look would be to have an upper Lip Lift surgery. This is also in line with the pictures you chose as an example, where...
You would likely find that V-Y lower lip advancement and mouth corner lift, while improving some aesthetics of the perioral region, will do little for creating an actual lower lip elevation. Other 'deeper' techniques need to be done with it for any effect in that regard to be achieved.
