I am 6 months post op from fat transfer. My surgeon put fat into my scalp, forehead, brows and so much into my temples. The result Is drooping of my skin in my upper face that I never had.The surgeon will not help me. I have commenced Morpheus 8 treatment for fat reduction, I can see it has some affect. Some areas such as forehead and scalp have not responded as well. How can I remove fat in these areas? What can I do for skin tightening?

Answer: Revising a previous fat transfer/fat grafting result
To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.

Definitely the fat grafting can be done at the same time. Your surgeon of course must be familiar and trained to do it.
If you want to get it done separated, first face lift and then fat grafting to face.
Fat grafting must be a very subtle volumization procedure.
Be encouraged.
