Did my doctor botch my belly button? Can anything be done to fix this issue?

I had a tummy tuck done in December 2020. The original belly button was not great, he did a revision in May and I am even more upset with the new result. It is huge, still pokes out. Can anything be done to fix this issue? It is unsightly to be honest.

Based on these photos, correction of umbilicus fold is possible. However, correction of striae above BB may be more difficult task; treatment with some lasers have shown improvement. In person consultation with board certified plastic surgeon is recommended.
