Am I a candidate for umbilicoplasty to help the appearance of the hooded look of my navel? (Photos)

37F, 5'2", 125lbs. After 2 pregnancies and an old navel piercing, I am hopeful that belly button surgery might help the appearance of the "hooded" look of my navel and also possibly get rid of some of the stretch marks above the navel. I do not want a full tummy tuck, so hoping umbilicoplasty might be an option?
