37F, 5'2", 125lbs. After 2 pregnancies and an old navel piercing, I am hopeful that belly button surgery might help the appearance of the "hooded" look of my navel and also possibly get rid of some of the stretch marks above the navel. I do not want a full tummy tuck, so hoping umbilicoplasty might be an option?

Based on these photos, correction of umbilicus fold is possible. However, correction of striae above BB may be more difficult task; treatment with some lasers have shown improvement. In person consultation with board certified plastic surgeon is recommended.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you have muscle separation, then tummy tuck might be a better option. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I would recommend a Z-plastic at the hooded fold to help it reorientate. This may be helpful for better aesthetic if you so desire.
