In 2019 I lost weight. But my sagging skin over my belly button stayed. (First two pics). I couldn’t lose more weight as I was very thin overall. I was doing loads of cardio and resistance training. In 2020 I started a resistance-training regime and yes I’ve gained belly fat but this crease remains. (Third pic). Is it just fat that if I diet again I’ll lose or is it loose skin? I don’t want to diet down again only to find it’s still there as I’m otherwise happy with my weight.
