I had BA with implants over a year ago for TBD correction.Necrosis on both NAC and want to have areola reduction again. I am a weightlifter. Will I have to refrain from all upper body exercises for months after surgery to avoid areola stretching again? Will high support bra allow me to return to my full exercise regimen in a month time? If not how long do I have to wait to do pull ups, lateral raises
