7 years post op Rhinoplasty, I noticed that the nose tip is thin. Is there anything that can be done to correct this? (photos)

Hi i had a rhinoplasty 7 years ago which has left me with some notching of the nostrils. I've noticed that the tip is shinier due to the thin skin and it has a bit of a distinct circle shape where the thin skin is. I was wondering whether its likely that the tip will continue to shrink and get even thinner over the years. Also is there anything that can be done to correct this and make the skin on the tip look less shiny.
