I am tall and thin with not much of a backside so there's a lot of pressure on the seat bones but i want to keep riding my horse. The bones punch through the skin. Would implants work or collagen or anything?

I do not think injecting sculptra in the buttocks is really worth it. It requires a lot of volume to get the results, which costs a lot of money,, and it does not last long term.
