I have periodontal disease, My front tooth came out. It was loose for 3 months. Front teeth had a gap from about 5 years ago. No pain for over 6 years. My gums have receded. Remaining front tooth not loose but showing the top part. Ive been looking at a 4 tooth emax bridge to repair the aesthetics of the other 3 but clearly the periodontal problem still exists. What kind of work would i require and is it possible to get the bridge and then start work on the disease as i hate having this gap!
