I am just about 3.5 months post op (360cc under muscle, crease incision) and since day 1 post op, my incisions and breast creases were at different heights. Pre-op I did not have as great a difference in breast height, I know I have one breast that is more externally rotated than the other but the difference in height is what concerns me. Is this able to be fixed?
Answer: Implants at different heights Hello, in your preop photo it appears that one breast was lower, and in the postop photo it appears that the same breast is still lower. Your surgeon may be able to offer an opinion whether this difference can be improved somewhat, but your pre-existing anatomy does affect the final result.

Answer: Asymmetry Hello there Your preoperative image shows that , as is the case in many girls, you have a natural degree of asymmetry .Allow your breasts to stabilise which takes at least 6 months after the initial surgery .Then discuss with your surgeon whether the appearance can be improved .All the best TS

Answer: Revision breast surgery to address asymmetry Your pre-op photo displayed quite marked asymmetry between your breasts both in size and height - everyone has a small degree of asymmetry between their breasts. Differences in height of the breast and nipples can not be corrected by implants alone and this is why you see a difference in the size and height of your breasts now. Only lifting your right breast will improve symmetry of height, but will unfortunately introduce other asymmetries. Its best to wait at least 12 months to allow your breasts to soften and settle into their final post operative position before you discuss possible options for revision.

Answer: Implants at different height You can consider a revision to to try to make your breast even when you are 6 months after surgery, sometimes implants can move when they are under muscle which is a possibility in your case, you have to think too that you already have some asymmetry before surgery, please check with your surgeon how you can get a better look. Good Luck!
