I have lost quite a bit of bone and fat, specially on the lower face, and temporal area , I had a quite broad face and a prominent jawline, but s a result of the bone and fat loss the lower face looks quite thin and droopy. Can a three piece implant (chin, jawline and gonial angel ) or a custom one piece wrap around jaw implant would achieve results that I want? I am looking to treat the side of the forehead beyond the hairline posterior temporal region.
