Is it possible to excise scar tissue at the top side of the bridge of nose?

I have a lump of scar tissue at the top of the side of my bridge. Also some scarring from a wound after splint was taken off at the bottom side tip area.

If you have a lump at the top of your nose on the bridge, I'm suspicious that it may be bone or cartilage, not scar tissue. The place where scar tissue can be most prominent and bothersome after rhinoplasty surgery, is in the tip and super tip areas. I would suggest posting pictures. Scars can be improved with a combination of vascular lasers like yellow laser, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert.  Best, Dr. Emer

Without properly evaluating your nose, it is difficult to say what options exist for addressing the scar tissue near the bridge of the nose.  However, scar revision can be done in this area.  Please consult with a board certified specialist in the face who can help you achieve the results you seek.
