Is it possible to excise scar tissue at the top side of the bridge of nose?

I have a lump of scar tissue at the top of the side of my bridge. Also some scarring from a wound after splint was taken off at the bottom side tip area.

Injectable filler will become completely immobilized within 2 weeks of your treatment. Other than limiting the use of eyeglasses so they should not touch the part of the nose that was injected, you should have no other restrictions. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
