Can I cover my breast lift scars with permanent makeup soon after surgery?

First sorry i dont speak english very well :( hope you understand my Q I am planning to have breast lift, but i dont want Any discoloration or visible scars, so i knew that permanent make up can cover the scars and the discoloration slightly, and my question is ( is it possible to do permanent makeup after i recover from the surgery ( like after one or two months ) ) and if not why !

Thanks for your question.  I would recommend my patients wait until their scars have completely softened and matured, ideally for a year before considering any permanent makeup.  However, your surgeon may have other specific recommendations.

Hi, I would not plan on tattoo'ing any scars until you have completely healed from your surgery and your surgeon says it is okay. Scars take 12 months to mature and sometimes are minimally visible so you may find that there is no need to cover them up. The permanent make-up will only help if you have scar discoloration. #Plasticsurgery #BreastLift #Scars

I would recommend waiting at least a year, until your scars have fully matured before considering any permanent make-up / tattoo.  You may be pleasantly surprised that the scars are actually quite acceptable, and may not require or wish to have anything done.  Patience is the key with scarring.

Hi ,Many thanks for the question.Its always a good idea to hide scars with a permanent make up specially over the breast and butt where it looks rather tempting.However 2 months after surgery no PS will agree since the scars need to mature and it takes up to one year at times.Once the scar is soft and supple and not pink in white skinned person they can go for a permanent make up or may  be they can consult the operating surgeon before they do it.I wish you all the best.
