I just had Thermage 2 weeks ago and I was told no ibuprofen for a month. I take lots of natural supplements and wonder what supplements might interfere and act as anti inflammatories. Also will infrared sauna use interfere with results?

I'm a big fan of Thermage treatment. It's a great nonsurgical option for skin tightening in the appropriate patient. Since the treatment is radiofrequency based, it should not cause any issues with regards to skin pigmentation.
