2 weeks post of Thermage, what supplements interfere and act as anti-inflammatories?

I just had Thermage 2 weeks ago and I was told no ibuprofen for a month. I take lots of natural supplements and wonder what supplements might interfere and act as anti inflammatories. Also will infrared sauna use interfere with results?

I recommend following up with your Doctor with the list of supplements you take. It takes several months to achieve final results with Thermage. Keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. I suggest a combination approach of lasers and threads. See an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thermage takes about 2-6 months to develop full results, though usually we advise avoiding anti-inflammatories after the procedure rather than the full 6 months afterwards.
