6 months of fevers - Could I be having a reaction to my breast implants?

I was DX’d with IDCIS 2 tumors 7cm & 13cm. I had to stop after the 4th chemo infusion because it was literally killing me. Since chemo my body has changed. Anything prescription or OTC I wasn’t taking prior to chemo I can’t take now. Anything new I react badly to, either allergic reaction or serious side effects. I had a DMX with gummy bear implants Jan 25th of this year. I’ve had fevers since. Up to 101.9f. Daily. Labs don’t show any infection. I don’t feel ill. 6 months of fevers is indicating something but what? If I turns out I’m having an allergic reaction to the implants I understand that I can’t have ANY implants as they are all the same materials. I’m not having any psychosis I’m genuinely stumped and asking if this is possible.

While Breast Implant Illness (BII) or a localized inflammatory response can cause systemic symptoms like low-grade fevers, the fact that these have been occurring daily up to 101.9°F for six months is a significant clinical finding that requires a very thorough, multi-disciplinary investigation. Since your labs have not shown a standard infection, we must consider less common possibilities such as a late-stage seroma, a chronic inflammatory reaction to the implant shell, or even an underlying autoimmune response triggered by the surgical trauma and your previous treatments. Given your sensitivity to medications, I strongly recommend a consultation with both your surgeon and an infectious disease specialist or immunologist to rule out any systemic issues, as your health and comfort are the absolute priority.
