What should I do about the lines around my mouth? Mainly my left side. Deep smile lines and marionettes? (Photo)

Wanted to try microneedling, but am unsure what would be the best to help these lines. 10 years of smoking and cheek biting has resulted in terrible lines that age me. I just turned 25 and am dealing with these lines already!!

These always come back although with lasers and desiccation with microneedling/prp you can get improvement. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer.
