Is it normal that 2.5 weeks after treatment the scabs flaked off but now there is a redness? (Photos)

I understand your concern. Unfortunately, there is not enough information here to give you an accurate assessment. Many laser devices will cause a mark to darken before flaking off. The pink dot may be the fresh skin underneath the scab, which will need some time to conform to the rest of your skin color. However, you might want to schedule an appointment with the physician that performed the procedure for an in-person assessment to ensure there is no damage to the dermis. Good luck to you!

It would be easier to answer this question if I knew what type of laser was used for your procedure.  At Monroe Comprehensive Laser Center in Monroe, Mi we use the Candela Gentlemax Pro on the Alex platform.  We typically see the lesions initially darken and then scab and fall off as you described.  Sometimes there is pink new skin underneath the scab that takes some additional time to heal.  That is most likely what you are experiencing.  Keep an eye on the area.  Watch for any spreading redness, swelling, itching or discharge.  If you note any of these symptoms, please contact your provider right away.

You do not say what type of laser was used for your treatment.  It would not be unusual for the pigment to darken and than flake off as you described.  The red spots would be just healing skin underneath the pigment.  It may take a while for these to resolve.  You should consult with your provider who can best advise you.

I would schedule a follow up with the physician that performed this laser for you just to be sure this is normal. Also, depends what type of laser they used as well. Best of luck!
