What is Acell and why is it being used for hair growth? What is the impact of it?
A Cell is from a pig bladder and is a topical agent and not designed for injection. I would stick with PRP injections alone. I have actually had the treatment myself with superb results (see my web site). I prefer to keep things simple and not add things that could cause problems. PRP is almost entirely free of side effects. You should plan 3 sessions, each spaced about a month apart. Studies show an increase in both hair density and the number of hairs. david berman md
A Cell is a cellular regeneration product used in wound healing that has recently been combined with a patient's own stem cells and is believed to improve hair regrowth when injected with PRP.
