I've noticed my hairline was uneven in September last year and it's seemed to get worse ever since I'll show a picture of it before and a picture of it today.

What is your age?  Age is a determinant for finasteride impacting hairlines. Is works at times in men under 25 best, but not for a mature hairline.

Hello and thank you for your question, from the above images, clearly your hairline has receded and the portion is more or less smooth and shiny which is also an indication that the follicles underneath are no longer alive to grow hair, the only solution to have natural hair grown back in the area is by undergoing a hair transplant.
