Hello! I tried out a mini session of Emsculpt Neo And i'm interested in purchasing a package.. but I'm torn between Emsculpt Neo or Laser Lipo giving the best results. Could I do them both? Maybe start with the Laser then Emsculpt or vice versa? I’ve had a belly for years and it seems to be getting bigger and harder to get rid of with age! Shoot neither of these options may work for me! Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Answer: Abdomen I would first do the liposuction to remove the excess fat, and then consider the treatments with EMSculpt. You still may need a tummy tuck to remove the excess skin.

Answer: Getting on the right path and stop wasting money None of the treatments you’ve mentioned are going to deliver good results for you. Treatment should be based on the underlying diagnosis or ideology. For the abdomen there are four variables that contribute to change in contour. When someone doesn’t like the way their belly looks it is because of one or more of these four variables. The treatment needs to be based on which variable is causing the primary problem. The variables are as follows. 1 skin laxity 2 excess subcutaneous fat(The fat you feel when you pinch your skin) 3 muscle separation from previous pregnancies call diastasis recti. 4 excess visceral fat or intra-abdominal fat(this fad can only be lost through weight loss) I would say skin laxity is the primary problem of your abdomen and the treatment for that is a full tummy tuck. Subcutaneous fat is also contributing and for that you can have Liposuction or you can just lose weight. If you’ve had previous pregnancies(do you have children) than most likely you also have muscle separation. You may or may not have this role fat but it doesn’t appear to be a primary problem. Based on your picture at tummy tuck is the best and only procedure that is going to give you a good looking abdomen. Liposuction can make it smaller but because it doesn’t address skin laxity it will only change the size but not the appearance. The laser part of the laser liposuction contributes very little. The great majority of plastic surgeons have a Bandan the idea of lasers in conjunction with Liposuction as having any significant advantage over traditional Liposuction. Rather than trying to figure all these things out on your own I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations for the local board-certified plastic surgeons so you can get a proper assessment and a better understanding of different treatment options. If you go to a med spa that offers one or two nonsurgical treatment that they will sell you those. It doesn’t matter if they’re correct or not you came in looking for them and they’re happy to take your money. Did the Emsculpt Neo help you? A tummy tuck is the correct procedure for you. Lots of people say they don’t want one and of course nobody has to have one. it’s totally OK to have loose skin of the abdomen but if you wanted to look correct and that is the only way to get there.
