I want to get some old filler (I think Juvederm) dissolved and can no longer travel to where the doctor who injected is located. If I know (approximately) where the filler is, could a different doctor determine exactly where it is, and how deep it is in order to dissolve it? Some of it appears to have migrated, so I can't say where it is for sure? Is there a palpable difference between hyaluronic acid filler and my dermis?

Answer: Dissolving residual filler is an easy treatment for an expert
Your folds can be easily treated with dermal fillers, particularly RHA as it will help preserve the movement around your mouth while smoothing it out. I've also successfully treated younger patients with PDO threads, but you would need to be evaluated in person in order to determine if that...
Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
You are both correct! It can be injected and the injection needs to be performed very carefully as there are a great deal of vascular connections that can lead to blindness if overly aggressive and improperly placed filler is injected into this area.
