What can be done about the lumps and bumps six years post lipo? (Photos)

I am 6 years post lipo. I have lost some weight and have kept it off for a long time. I have lots of unevenness which makes my stomach look unnatural particularly around the sides. I'm open to both surgical and non surgical options (I've heard about alloclae for fat transfer?) What options do I have? What would give me the most bang for my buck?
