Can I get my breast implants any closer together without having to wear a push up bra? (Photos)

Thanks for your question! At this point, I think that you would benefit from a larger implant to get you better cleavage. Non-surgically, I don't think there are any good options this far post-op. Good luck!

The distance between your breasts is determined by your anatomy. You may be able to have slight improvement in cleavage with a revision, but it won't be significant. I encourage you to visit with your surgeon to discuss your concerns and learn more about your options.

No, because of your anatomy, your implants will not sit closer together on their own. Your implants are placed behind the muscle and you have a moderate gap between your breasts. The base of your breasts cannot be changed much.

The first thing you might want to do is review your pre-op photos to confirm that your lateral breast placements were present before your surgery. Your separated breasts and wide sternum are a difficult problem to address.. The skin between your breasts is very thin and any effort to compress/move your implants together with a bra may create visible and,or, rippling of your implants. This might also rotate your nipples outward as your impalnts move to the midline.

You appear to have a good result from your augmentations and should discuss this outcome with your plastic surgeon before you embark on any care options.
