Question

The mole started getting red and sore, the mole slowly deflated and looks smaller as it started getting inflamed, been 3 days since this started and the mole gets flaky, the surrounding area also started getting sore.

Thank you for your question and photograph. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through this type of forum. With recent trauma, redness and swelling is normal, but if the soreness and redness increases, then that might be signs of infection. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist to have your skin evaluated and to discuss appropriate treatment options. Take care and good luck.
